The asset management activity recovers a range of personalized services required by the investors in order to maximize the value of their investment.
To analyze and acquire according to the profile of the client :

- To control the studies and necessary diligences
- To define and model the strategies allowing to maximize the value of the investment
- To negotiate and set up the financing

To manage and control the investment :
- To ensure the cash management of the companies holding the real estate under management
- To retain and coordinate the internal or external appropriate resources
- To supervise the collection of the incomes and to control the expenditure budgets
- To manage the book-keeping of the companies holding the real estate assets under management by the chartered accountants
